Your selected shipping method dictates your turnaround time! Please see the above chart to review turnaround schedules. Shipping speeds quoted above include both turnaround and shipping time. We will send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships!
Peachwik® accepts all major credit cards and paypal payments. All payments are securely remitted via Paypal.
Peachwik® offers proofing automatically on the product page for some items that require a high degree of personalization. The information you enter on the product page will automatically update on the product photo to reflect your details. The information entered during purchase is exactly how your order will be produced, so please check your spelling :-)
Not every product on Peachwik.com offers automatic proofing. Some products that offer minor customizations do not offer an option for proofing.
Orders flow directly through to our production house after an order is placed. Because of this, changes and cancellations generally are not possible after the original order is submitted. We ask that you check all personalization details before submitting your order!

Received your order and the color is not quite what you had envisioned?
We will offer a reprint of your same product so long as your reprint colors are in the same family as your original order. (IE. you ordered purple, but it’s a bit too warm — your reprint color selection would be another shade of purple that is cooler). The reprint is on us, you just pay shipping!
If your order contains other elements you need changed (ie. other color changes, typo’s, wording updates, size changes), we offer a very generous reprint discount. Please contact us for details.
We try hard to make sure this never happens - but in the unlikely event that it does, We absolutely will offer a reprint of the same product at no cost to you. In order to expedited your case, please send a message along a photo of the problem and a description of the problem.
Damage in Transit
We will offer a reprint of the same product at no cost to you. In order to expedited your case, please send a message along a photo of the damage and the shipping container and a description of the problem.
If your order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete mailing address or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you via email. You will be responsible for reshipment fees. View standard shipping rates here. Within 30 days of being notified, if we have not heard back from you, you authorize Peachwik® to dispose of such merchandise.

Due to the nature of our customizable products - returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Timeline & Order Details
In order to qualify for a reprint or reprint discount, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date.
The order details on your invoice and order confirmation (wording and colors) are what your product is created with. In the event of a discrepancy, this is the information that is used to make a determination.
Peachwik® employs cutting edge software technologies to utilize it’s automagic product page proofs! This means that older browsers may not behave well with our exciting new tech.
In order to receive the best experience Peachwik® has to offer, it is recommend that You make a software update! Use the newest version of your browser. Google Chrome is our (strongly) recommended browser.

My credit card is being declined! Why?
Here are a few steps you can take to mitigate this problem:
- Make sure there are no dashes or spaces when inputing your CC #
- Make sure your billing address entered matches that of the billing address on file with your CC company
- Make sure you name is entered exactly as shown on your CC
- Double check that all numbers, including expiration & CCV code, are correct
Multiple attempts to process your order may flag your transaction attempts as fraudulent via our system or via your credit card company. If this is the case, it is recommended that you call your credit card company or pay via a different payment method.

Peachwik® Art Prints are created with the very finest archival pigment inks and acid free substrates. For beautifully saturated, heirloom quality artwork. Frame & mat not included. Art prints currently ship rolled in sturdy shipping tubes.
Peachwik® Gallery wrapped canvas artwork features a thick, poly-cotton blend canvas with a lovely semi gloss finish. Stretched over sturdy 1.5" deep kiln dried stretcher bars. Gorgeously pigmented and professional quality fade resistant inks and finished with a sawtooth hanger on the back.
How Many Signature Spaces Do I Need For My Guestbook Alternative?
For guestbook alternatives, the general rule of thumb is to order artwork with enough signature spaces for atleast 75% of your guest count. This is generally plenty and accounts for some of your guests signing as couples.
What Kind Of Markers Should I Use On My Guestbook Alternative?
Any archival quality ink pen or marker will do. We recommend fine to medium point and felt tip for best results. Peachwik® offers a range of metallic permanent markers that have been tested on both our art print and canvas medias, with lovely results. You can find those markers here.
