PAYMENT

Peachwik® accepts all major credit cards and paypal payments. All payments are securely remitted.

 

PROOFS

Peachwik® offers proofing automatically on the product page for some items that require a high degree of personalization.  The information you enter on the product page will dynamically update on the product photo to reflect your details. The information entered during purchase is exactly how your order will be produced, so please check your spelling :-)

Not every product on Peachwik.com offers automatic proofing. Some products that offer minor customizations do not offer an option for proofing.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our customizable products - returns and exchanges are not accepted.  Please be sure to check your order personalization details before submitting your order!

Please note - the order details on your invoice (wording and colors) are what your product is created with.

 

REPRINTS

We want you to love your products and we are happy to help!  Please send us a message and we’d be happy to help sort through any issues you may have! In order to expedited your case, please send along a photo of the damage and a description of the problem.

Reprints -
Received your order and it's is not quite what you had envisioned?

If your order contains elements you need changed (ie. color changes, typo’s, wording updates), we offer a very generous reprint discount. Please contact us for details.

Production Flaws - 
We try hard to make sure this never happens - but in the unlikely event that it does, We absolutely will offer a reprint of the exact same product at no cost to you.

Please note - the order details on your invoice are what your product is created with. 

Damage In Transit -
We will offer a reprint of the exact same product at no cost to you.

Shipping Issues -
If your order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete mailing address or failure to pick up the package, please contact us via email. You will be responsible for reshipment fees. We'll hold your package for 30 days, if we have not heard back from you, you authorize Peachwik® to dispose of such merchandise.

 

CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Orders flow directly through to our production shop after an order is placed. Because of this, changes and cancellations generally are not possible after the original order is submitted. Because of this, we ask that you check all personalization details before submitting your order!
